Our tracking software matches users who have registered and those who have completed the course by their email. If you use another email address, the system will not recognize that you have completed the course and you will continue to receive reminders and will show as incomplete on the report at the end of the month.

No. This course does not require a hands on practice session as it is only a refresher. You will need to complete the hands on practice every other year when you take the official certification course.
